Podcast: Alera Love Call-In

Hey guys!
In preparation for an upcoming “Alera Love” podcast, I’d like to throw the doors open to folks calling in and leaving us a short voicemail message talking about what they love about the Codex Alera, and why.
If you think you’d like to leave a message to be played back on the podcast, just follow these guidelines:
– Call 301-6377-HAT (301-637-7428)
– After my smarmy message plays and you get the beep, tell us your name (and/or your forum name) and where you’re calling from
– Then tell us what you love about the Codex Alera! Try to keep it to 5 minutes at most (we’ll have to edit down or just not use particularly long calls).

Amazon.com has the first season available for $27.99 (last we checked), to be shipped august 7, 2007. For everyone who’s been hoarding the season on their TiVo’s (like me) this is your way to finally free up some of that precious DVR recording space!

The earlier Dresden Files books are starting to show up on Amazon in pre-orderable hardcover form. This bodes well for hardcover-philes who are looking to build up their durable Dresden collection!

Also recall that libraries are more inclined to stock and shelve hardcovers than they are paperbacks — so this is a great chance for local libraries to start carrying the Dresden Files in a form that will survive the wear-and-tear of frequent check-outs!
