  1. WOT is The Wheel of Time. It is a fantasy series by the late Robert Jordan. It is being finished by Brandon Sanderson, and the first book by him is due out Oct 27th

  2. Not that I’m an expert (and I hate to nitpick) but…aren’t Legion shields sort of rectangular? Never-the-less, it’s a pretty sweet piece of art.

  3. What the last book! T.T
    So sad. I can’t say I’m surprised…but still…I love this series.
    Don’t let it end.

  4. Jim, this is one of the best series I’ve ever read and u have ended it so well, can’t think of any other series ending to match this. Thank you for the showing us another world, which we all loved to live in. Continue sharing u’r imagination with us 🙂 Looking forward for more !

  5. I have enjoyed these books immensely – one of my all-time favorite series! I’m saddened that this is the last installment, but as it’s somewhat open-ended, I’m hoping you decide to eventually add to it! I’ll look forward to that possibility! 🙂
P.S. – I’d love to see Peter Jackson direct some movies based on these books!!! 🙂

  6. This has been the best series I’ve ever read in my life. I loved every book including the epic finale. My brother in-law introduced me to Sci-Fi and now I can’t get enough. I’ve just gotta have more cowbell, and more Jim Butcher. Anxiously awaiting the next Dresden File,
    Andrew

  7. Loved the series have spent many a night, up late reading and rereading the series. I hope to see it continued in the future. Or possibly see Alera again from another perspective.

  8. This was one of the best sci-fi series I have ever read. I truly hope that Mr. Butcher will continue this series. I couldn’t wait for this last installment, but at the same time was sad to finish it. Please continue more with this world. It is fantastic!

  9. I just finished First Lord’s Fury and didn’t see the title of the next book in the series! Extremely sad to see the end of such a great story. At least I have the next installment of the Dresden Files to look forward to. Also, I’d like to thank Mr. Butcher for the note thanking our soldiers.
