Priscilla Spencer has been Jim's creative consultant since 2007. In addition to managing content for Jim-Butcher.com and its social media channels, she beta-reads all of Jim's works, serves as a thematic consultant on the graphic novels and role playing games, and illustrates the maps for his books. The whole "Year of Dresden" thing is largely her baby. Her latest claim to fame is directing the official book trailers for Peace Talks and Battle Ground. In her professional life, Priscilla is a Producer, Writer, Photographer, and Fantasy Map Illustrator working towards a career in producing TV. She enjoys musical theatre, gluten-free cooking, sci-fi/fantasy, and weightlifting. She aspires to travel the world and pet every dog.

Turn Coat sample chapters!

The first of five Turn Coat sample chapters will be posted here at midnight MDT tonight! That’s 2AM EST, 1AM Central, 11PM Pacific, and 7AM GMT. We’ll be posting new chapters of Turn Coat, one new chapter every Tuesday, for the next five weeks.

NYCC Meetup

New York Comic Con is this weekend! Jim won’t be in attendance this year, unfortunately, but tomorrow (Friday) night, forum moderator Priscellie is hosting a casual dinner for Butcher fans and our friends. It’ll be held at Brother Jimmy’s BBQ‘s 31st Street and 8th Avenue location, starting at 8:30pm.

Turn Coat signing tour

Jim’s Turn Coat signing tour has been announced!
This year, we have a very special event on Harry’s home turf. Forget Harry Potter and Twilight: Chicago is hosting a midnight release party for Turn Coat, with Jim in attendance! On the night of April 6th, fans will gather in the Windy City for a reading and a pre-signing of books. Turn Coat goes on sale at midnight!
