I was a big Dresden files fan and still am but I just recently poxkes up the codex alera and I must say its just as great a series if not better. I cannot wait for the next installment even though I am pretty good at waiting for the books now having waited a year for the next dresden book. And typing on this super sensitive iPhone keyboard is hard!

I’m more than a bit surprised that Valiar Marcus hasn’t been Tavi’s tutor over the past two years. Hopefully we get to see Tavi make some sort of breakthrough. However- this seems just as exciting and fun as every other book, and I can’t wait to read it! Who knows what surprises are in store for us- we might even see an aleran/marat kid!
