  1. I think your Harry Dresden novels are as compelling as the Harry Potter series. I have introduced them to my teenage grandchildren, as well as to a friend in her 60s. They were well-received by both generations.
I read Turn Coat’s first four chapters (I use two different email addresses) the night before last, and thought they were terrific. Can’t wait to read chapter 5 — and, of course, the book. I have asked Barnes & Noble to hold a copy for me when they come in at my local store in Anchorage, Alaska.
Jim, thank you for many hours of enjoyable reading.
    Kay

  2. Well for a long time I would read only a select few authors to minimize cost of buying so many books. Generally, King and Koontz( gotta love ODD THOMAS), but I also watch alot of Sci-Fi and caught a series called the Dresden Files and decided to take a chance on something a little different, (Storm Front). It took me a while to read it and liked it enough to buy Fool Moon. Thats when you hooked me. I dont think I’ve ever read books that fast or that faithfully . My only problem is, I just finished Small Favor and have to wait till April 09 for Turn Coat. I know one day there might be “The Last Harry Dresden File” book coming and I for one dread that day. So thank you Mr. Butcher and who knows I might take another chance on a series named Alera.

  3. Both series are well worth reading and the money that they cost (I have every book of every series) Thanks again, Mr. Butcher for bringing another fantastically written book to the Dresden Files! April cannot come quickly enough. I need a Dresden fix STAT!
